S-Troupe Year Five - 2009/2010
Austen Allen-Griego - Mr. Allen-Griego joined S-Troupe his senior year at Cibola. He plays football, wrestles, and counts photography, video games, and writing as his hobbies. Mr. Allen-Griego strives to push boundaries and blow minds. Enjoy the shows!
Jessica Barajas - Ms. Barajas is ecstatic to be in her second year of S-Troupe and heartbroken that this will be her final year involved in one of Cibola’s best teams. Apart form being an S-Veteran, Ms. Barajas is also involved as an Editor of CIbola’s Literary Magazine, “The Fount,” and Vice President of National Honor Society.
Joey Barajas - Mr. Barajas, who would someday like to be a cinematographer or doctor, constantly strives for greatness. In fact, the original draft of this senior’s bio was roughly 240 words about how great he is. The greatness that Mr. Barajas strives to exude will be on display with S-Troupe for the first time during Year Five.
Thomas Dameron
Logan Disch - Joining in Year Four, Logan is currently a senior at Cibola High School. This is his second year with the Troupe and he is thrilled to be involved in the group. Between juggling the myriad of activities (Operation Smile, Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, Senate, and International Club) he is in for better or worse. Mr. Disch likes to take time to ponder life and enjoy the simple things like breathing or walking. He hopes to limit some of his activities to maximize his effort to S-Troupe. He is supremely excited for Year Five!
Jordan Geisling
Patrick Gozur - Joining in Year Three, Mr. Gozur is going on his third year in S-Troupe. He is very excited for the new year and hopes, though it will be difficult, to top what was a very successful previous year. Deemed “The New Quinn,” Mr. Gozur plans to bring his best performances, as well as writing, to the Troupe. He also looks forward to giving his dedication, ideas, and energy to the Troupe this year, while influencing and learning from this year’s chosen auditioners.
Bonnie Hager - Ms. Hager is finally a senior at Cibola High School. This is her third year in S-Troupe where she has achieved the highest student ranking as an Associate Producer. Ms. Hager is involved with the Cibola Drama Department, Literary Magazine, and Slam Poetry club. Go team! 2010!
Rylie Hightower
Stefan Isenberger - Mr. Isenberger was excited to join S-Troupe as a member of Year Four. He saw his first S-Troupe show during its third year and absolutely loved it. Mr. Isenberger decided at that point he would love to be a member of the Troupe. He has also been invlolved with Cibola’s band program. When not busy, Mr. Isenberger enjoys playing music, relaxing, and taming his curly hair. He is ready and excited to make contributions to an awesome year!
Bailey Lindsey - Ms. Lindsey has finally been dubbed an S-Troupe member. She enjoys long walks along the beach and getting caught in the rain…no, wait, that’s not it. She loves Pina Coladas…no, wait, she’s a Mormon. Ms. Lindsey is super excited for making people laugh and getting Patrick Gozur’s autograph.
McKay Lindsey - Ms. Lindsey has dreamed of being in S-Troupe since before she was born. However, it may be important to note that when she was little, she also aspired to be a fish doctor, and who knows what that means? She enjoys high school, especially her extracurricular activities such as volleyball, track, Senate, and, of course, S-Troupe.
Adam Parker
Kassy Robles - Ms. Robles is one of the newbs of S-Troupe. She loves her horses and ejoys riding them as often as she can. Ms. Robles is close to her family and always puts them first. She joined S-Troupe because she likes making people laugh.
Evan Rochford
Antonio Sanchez - Writer, music conductor, and tennis player extraordinaire, Mr. Sanchez is aboslutely ecstatic to be a part of S-Troupe his senior yesr. Although this will be his first and only year in the Troupe, Mr. Sanchez looks forward to contributing to S-Troupe’s fifth year.
Rebecca Sego - Ms. Sego is excited to be in the Troupe! This is her first year, but not her last. Ms. Sego enjoys playing the flute and studying music; she has been an all-state musician since her freshman year at Cibola. Ms. Sego, President of her church youth group, is looking forward to a great junior year.
Kristen Shimanek - Ms. Shimanek is very excited to be part of S-Troupe her senior year. Even though Year FIve is her first year, she couldn’t bear to be separated from the Troupe. Ms. Shimanek has bee a part of Cross Country and Track at Cibola where she is always on the run. Ms. Shimanek enjoys reading, writing, running, and tying knots in straw wrappers.
Sarah Silva - Ms. Silva is super stoked for her second year of S-Troupe. After attending S-Troupe Signs Off and falling in love with those gorgeous jackets, she became inspired to audition for the Troupe. Ms. Silva is also involved in Cibola’s Senate where she holds the position of Senior Class Secretary. She has also been to one Operation Smile meeting so far. Ms. Silva feels blessed to be a part of this fabulous bunch of comedic characters. Pocket-sized for your entertainment, this miniature superstar hopes to make S-Troupe’s fifth year one to remember.
Emily Stringer - Ms. Stringer is a senior at Cibola High School and is working harder than ever. This year, not only is she in Thespian Troupe 688, but Ms. Stringer is participating in Choir, serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Cibola’s Literary Magazine and Vice President of the Slam Poetry Club. This is Ms. Stringer’s second year in S-Troupe; she’s excited to see where it takes her.
Andy Sutliff - Mr. Sutliff, currently a junior at Cibola High School, joined S-Troupe in Year Five and has been electrified ever since. While he isn’t a sketchy person, he certainly looks forward to contibuting to the copious sketches that makes S-Troupe what it is today. Aside from “jerking it” ( a popular dance move) in the hallways. Mr. Sutiliff spends his time as an editor of Cibola’s newspaper, as well as a member of the Cross Country and Track teams.
Paul Thompson
Bryan Valencia - Mr. Valencia is a returning member of the S-Troupe cast. He has involved himslef, aside from the Troupe, in Literary Magazine, Wrestiling and Guitar. Mr. Valencia has accumulated letters in Academics, Wrestling, Band, and has won numerous awards in music and English. Currently seated in the top ten of his class, Mr. Valencia is the defending state champion original storyteller. He looks forward to contributing serious originality this year in the Troupe!
Cory Zarick - Year Four was Ms. Zarick’s first as an S-Troupe member. She ushered for Year Three’s shows and is now ecstatic to be a part of the Troupe. Ms. Zarick enjoys making people smile and hopes she can achieve making people’s days (and/or lives) by being in S-Troupe. Ms. Zarick boast a 4.0 plus GPA and is a member Cibola’s band, French Club, and Diving team.
